Composition:Six major components: Pallet feeder. molding machine. storage hopper. block conveyor. hydraulic station. electrical PLC cabinet.

PL1200 batching machine. JS500 or JS750 mixer. 8m conveyor belt and stacker.

Mold operation and maintenance:(1)When installing or changing new mold and old mold.it must avoid crush.installing politely.pay attention to protect the mold.(2)Checking the mold dimension and the condition of the welding place during the operation.repairing on time when the bead crack apeared;revising the aggregate size when fast attrition appeared. if the mold excessive abraded and affect the quality of the product. it need to change the new mold.(3)Adjust the gap carefully.including the pressure head and mold core.pressure head and distributing box.mold box and the distributing plane of motion.mold box and pallet EqualInterval.Relative motion shall not be interfered.friction touch.
(4)When cleaning the mold.using the air compressor and soft tool to clear away concrete residue. it is prohibited to knock and Skid scraping the mold.
(5) The replaced mold.wash clearly.Oil antirust.Shall place the drying.flatwise.avoiding Gravity deformation
