Products & Machines

What types of block-making machines do you offer?

We manufacture a comprehensive range of concrete machinery, including:

  • Automatic Block Making Machines -- European design with airbag systems and 4 vibration motors for superior block density and lower noise.
  • Semi-Automatic & Manual Models -- ideal for small startups with limited capital and simpler operation requirements.
  • Twin-Shaft Mixers & PLC Batching Plants -- calibrated for local aggregates and raw materials.
  • Conveyors, Automatic Pallet Loaders & Stackers -- for non-stop automated production.
  • Cement Silos & Color Feeders -- bolted/welded silos for decorative and paving blocks.
  • Complete Turnkey Production Lines -- end-to-end engineered solutions with layout design, installation, commissioning and training.
What block sizes and types can your machines produce?

Our machines support a wide variety of block types and sizes, including hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving blocks (interlocking), curbstones, and decorative blocks. Common dimensions include 400×200×200mm, 390×190×190mm, 200×100×60mm and many more. Mold sets are fully interchangeable, so you can switch product types quickly to meet market demand. Custom mold sizes are also available upon request.

What is the daily production capacity of your machines?

Production capacity varies by model and block type. Our entry-level machines produce approximately 3,000-5,000 standard hollow blocks per 8-hour shift, while our high-end fully automatic lines can exceed 20,000 blocks per shift. We always provide honest, tested capacity figures -- not inflated marketing numbers. Contact our engineers with your target output and we will recommend the right model for your business.

What makes your machines better than other Chinese manufacturers?

Our automatic block machines adopt European design principles with a proprietary airbag vibration system and four vibration motors. This combination delivers stronger compaction force, lower operating noise, and significantly higher block density compared to standard 2-motor designs. The result is blocks that consistently pass local building standards. Backed by 320+ engineers and 20 years of manufacturing experience, we also offer genuine technical support -- not just sales.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a block-making machine cost?

Pricing depends on the model, automation level, and included accessories. As a general reference:

  • Entry-level semi-automatic machines start from a few thousand USD -- ideal for small startups.
  • Mid-range fully automatic machines are priced competitively in the mid-tier range.
  • Complete turnkey production lines are quoted based on your specific layout and capacity requirements.

We offer significantly better value than European brands at 3-5× lower prices while delivering comparable output quality. Contact us for a detailed quotation tailored to your project.

What payment terms do you accept?

We offer flexible payment arrangements to suit different buyers. Common terms include T/T (bank transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, or Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders. For established distributors and repeat customers, we may offer extended payment flexibility. We are transparent in all contract negotiations -- no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Do you offer distributor or agency pricing?

Yes. We actively partner with international traders, established distributors, and regional agents. Qualified partners benefit from competitive wholesale pricing, reliable and consistent supply, co-marketing support, and potential exclusive agency rights in their territory. If you are interested in representing Shiyue in your market, please contact our export team to discuss partnership terms.

Shipping & Logistics

How long does delivery take?

For in-stock models, we can arrange shipment within 15-30 days from order confirmation. For custom-configured machines or complete production lines, production lead time is typically 30-60 days depending on complexity. We provide regular production progress updates with photos and videos so you always know the status of your order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We have exported to 108+ countries and regions across Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and South Asia. Key markets include Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Indonesia, Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh and Peru. Our factory is located in Linyi, Shandong -- near Qingdao Port -- for efficient international shipping logistics.

What shipping terms (Incoterms) do you use?

We support all standard Incoterms including FOB (Free On Board) from Qingdao Port, CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to your destination port, and EXW (Ex Works) from our factory. For buyers with their own freight forwarders, FOB is the most common arrangement. We can also assist with customs documentation, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

How are the machines packed to prevent damage during transport?

We use professional export-standard packaging. Machines are secured with steel frames, wrapped in moisture-proof film, and loaded in standard 20ft or 40ft containers. All critical components are individually protected. We provide detailed packing photos before shipment and can arrange marine insurance upon request to protect your investment during transit.

Customization & Solutions

Can you customize machines for our local raw materials?

Yes -- this is one of our core strengths. Our 320+ engineers analyze your local raw materials (fly ash, slag, river sand, crushed stone, volcanic rock, etc.) and adjust the mixing formula, vibration parameters, and mold specifications accordingly. We have successfully customized solutions for customers across Africa, LATAM, MENA, CIS, and South Asia where raw material properties vary significantly.

Can you adapt machines to our local voltage and power supply?

Absolutely. We configure all electrical systems to match your local voltage and frequency specifications -- whether 220V/380V/415V/440V at 50Hz or 60Hz. Just inform us of your local power supply standard at the time of order and our engineers will ensure full compatibility. We also support diesel generator-powered setups for areas with unreliable grid power.

Do you provide factory layout design as part of a turnkey solution?

Yes. For complete production line orders, we provide a full turnkey service that includes: site survey and layout design, equipment selection and configuration, civil engineering guidance, installation and commissioning, and operator training. We also provide a free preliminary layout design during the quotation stage to help you visualize the investment before committing.

Can I upgrade my existing production line with your equipment?

Yes. Many of our customers are medium-scale producers who are upgrading from manual or semi-automatic operations to fully automated lines. We can assess your current setup and recommend which components to add or replace -- such as adding an automatic pallet loader, a new mixer, or a complete batching system -- to increase output and reduce labor costs without replacing everything at once.
