Production step

1.التشغيل الأولي؟؟)رفع القالب لدفعه إلى الخلف.2)إسقاط القالب على الأرض.2.العملية؟؟)خلط المادة.اجعلها في صندوق القالب السفلي.
2)تشغيل المحرك الاهتزازي.استخدم المقبض لجعل المادة مرتبة في صندوق القالب.3)ضع القالب العلوي فوق القالب السفلي واضغط على المقبض لإخراج الطوب من القالب.اجعل رأس ضغط القالب العلوي يدخل في صندوق القالب السفلي بعد القالب العلوي
4)اضغط للأعلى.أوقف الاهتزاز.قم بتشغيل محرك مضخة الزيت.قم بإرجاع المقبض.يرتفع القالب السفلي.
5)
يخرج الطوب من القالب.يتحرك الطوب للأمام ويتوقف تلقائيًا.ادفع المقبض العكسي.اجعل القالب السفلي ينزل إلى الأرض.ادفع القالب العلوي إلى الخلف.ضع المادة في القادوس مرة أخرى.ارجع إلى الخطوة A.إعادة التدوير.
