It adopts combination of being mechanical and electronic to finish kinds of action. The operation and maintenance are both easy and dependable.

Machine frame

الإطار على طراز بوابة التنين وهو مصنوع من الفولاذ الفائق. يحمل مقاومة قوية
للاهتزاز ويكون موثوقًا. أربعة أعمدة عمودية مقاومة للاهتراء. مما يمكن أن يضمن الموقع الدقيق للقالب

نظام الرفع
نظام الرفع يتكون من محرك على شكل مخروط.
مخفض السرعة. ذراع الرفع. غلاف منزلق. دبوس تعليق. دبوس موضع وما إلى ذلك.
عند العمل. يقوم المحرك بتشغيل مخفض السرعة من خلال حزام مثلث على شكل V. لذا فإن القالب السفلي .
نظام الاهتزاز
هناك جزئين في هذا النظام الاهتزازي. اهتزاز المنصة السفلية واهتزاز المنصة العلوية. يستخدم اهتزاز المنصة السفلية محركين عاليي السرعة بقوة 3 كيلو وات لكل منهما لدفع صندوق اهتزاز بنفسقوة الإثارة للاهتزاز عمودياً. يستخدم الاهتزاز العلوي جهاز اهتزاز ملحق بقوة 1.5 كيلو وات.
قالب
قالب مصنوع من صندوق القالب والقالب العلوي. يتم وضع القالب العلوي والشعاع في الفتحة بواسطة دبوس التعليق ودبوس التوازن. مما يجعل القالب العلوي ينفصل عن صندوق القالب بسلاسة. القالب العلوي والشعاع وغلاف الانزلاق جميعها متصلة بالصواميل.
جهاز تخزين المواد
يتكون من قادوس إطلاق المواد وقادوس تخزين المواد. يتم تثبيت قادوس إطلاق المواد في الجزء العلوي من إطار الآلة بواسطة مسامير بينما يتم تثبيت قادوس تخزين المواد أسفل قادوس الإطلاق بواسطة مسامير.
جهاز التوصيل
جهاز التسليم يتكون من مخفض سرعة عجلة الدبوس الدوراني. سلاسل. حزام مثلث على شكل v. عجلة التسليم. إطار ذاتي النقل وما إلى ذلك. مخفض سرعة عجلة الدبوس الدوراني يدفع حزام مثلث على شكل v للتحرك في دورة من خلال جهاز التسليم.
