QTJ4-24 SEMI AUTOMATIC BLOCK MACHINE
QTJ4-24 type block forming machine is made up of machine frame. elevating system. vibrating system. mold . material storing device. delivering device and electronic controlling part.
QTJ4-24 together with JQ350 mixer and 6m belt conveyor. makes a simple production line.QTJ4-24 type block forming machine. belongs to small size. is in stationery style with platform vibration. It adopts combination of being mechanical and electronic to finish kinds of action. The operation and maintenance are both easy and dependable.

Machine frame

The frame is dragon gate style and it is made of super steel. carrying strong resistance
to vibration and being dependable. Four vertical shafts is wear-resisting. which can guarantee the accurate position for the mold
.

Elevating system

The elevating system is made up of cone-shape motor. JZQ250 speed reducer. elevating arm. sliding sleeve. hang pin. position pin and so on.
When working. the motor drive speed reducer through V-shape triangle belt. so the lower mold .

Vibrating system

There are two parts in this vibrating system. lower platform vibration and upper platform
vibration. Lower platform vibration uses two high speed motors whose power is both 3kw to drive a vibration box with same
excitation force to vibrate vertically. Upper vibration uses an attached vibration device whose power is 1.5kw.

MOLD

Mold made up of mold box and upper mold . Upper mold and beam is located in the hole by hang pin and balance pin. making upper mold separate from mold box smoothly. Upper mold . beam and sliding sleeve are all connected with bolts.

Material storing device

It is made up of material releasing hopper and material storing hopper. Material releasing
hopper is fixed on the top of machine frame by bolts while material storing hopper is fixed below releasing hopper by bolts.

Delivery device

Delivery device is made up of cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer. chains. v-shape triangle belt. delivery wheel. self-conveying frame and so on. cycloidal pin wheel speed reducer drives v-shape triangle belt to move in cycle through delivery device.
